For each project there is a different subject and environment. therefor I work together with other professionals with backgrounds in many disciplines. Designers and scientists, all working on addressing social issues with a people centered approach.

Creating change
Understanding that change is necessary and inevitable. Early involvement of local people to understand and anticipate what’s going on and to make change happen fluidly.

People

I am intrigued by people and how they live their lives, fit in the system, or not. Small changes can make such big differences, and what fells better than making someone a bit happier or hopeful. What it all comes down to is caring for people, how great it is if you can really make a difference in how people live their life.

Co-creation

With people as the main player and goal my work, working with these people makes the difference in understanding the situation and feeling the arguments.

Working close to client and his customer to let all parties know what they expect of each other. A great insight to see who you are dealing with and what they want, and most important how you can be closer to these demands.

About young people ...

Where can we really make a change for the future? To see where our educational system fails or can be improved and how. At this moment education is mostly about learning a system and what you can’t do. Shouldn't it be about what you can, and how, and why and...

Empowerment - Creative thinking for everyone

As I said creativity is everywhere. The problem is that in education today creativity is educated out of a child. Only learning to follow the rules without questioning can’t be good for the development of anyone .

With my workshops about Creative thinking I try to open up children and empower them. Let them realize that if they are smart enough they can do anything.

Creativity is not something you can only learn in Art College, it is something many people have in their own way. A manager might deal with his department in such a way that there is a spirit among his employees. A shopkeeper always knows how to differentiate himself from the others in the street. Someone that comes up with a n amazing system to dry the dishes or a child designing his own web site. Creativity is everywhere and everyone is doing it in his own little way.

My service is very similar to this. I look at existing systems, objects and situations to see what the problem can be. I research to see what the problem really is and from this conclude a suitable solution.

Important to me is to help you finding the real problem in the system, object or situation of your organization.
